2. The Service

NuuboApp is a personal productivity assistant that operates exclusively through the WhatsApp platform. The service allows users to schedule reminders using natural language (text and audio).

MVP Phase: The user acknowledges that the service is in a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase. NuuboApp reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features in order to improve system stability without prior notice.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

NuuboApp offers two service tiers under a monthly subscription model:

•Free Plan: 8 reminders per month. No payment method required.

•Pro Plan: 150 reminders per month and advanced features, See more benefits here.

4. Payment Processing (Whop)

Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Taxes: Whop handles the collection of applicable taxes based on your location.

Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month. By subscribing, you authorize Whop to charge you on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard on Whop. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the already paid billing period.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service and the operational costs of AI, NuuboApp does not issue refunds for billing periods that have already been processed, except in cases of critical technical errors directly attributable to the service.

6. Acceptable Use and Responsibility

The user agrees not to use NuuboApp for illegal activities, spam, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend any account that abuses the artificial intelligence system or puts the stability of the service at risk.

7. Third-Party Dependencies

NuuboApp relies on external platforms, primarily WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.). NuuboApp is not responsible for service interruptions, account bans, or changes in WhatsApp policies that may affect the delivery of reminders.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Intellectual Property

NuuboApp, its name, visual design, logos, and source code are the exclusive property of Josué Alania. Use of the service does not grant the user any ownership or intellectual property rights over the tool.

10. Minimum Age

The service is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. Minors between 13 and 17 years old must have consent from their parents or legal guardians to make payments.

11. Modifications and Governing Law

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable laws. We will notify any significant changes via email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
