Temporal context: The system maintains short-term memory of recent messages to understand references like “remind me in an hour.”
This information is dynamic and automatically overwritten. Nuubo does not permanently store the full content of your conversations or your complete WhatsApp message history.
3. Use of Information
Your data is used exclusively to:
Schedule and send reminder notifications at the correct time.
Identify your subscription plan (Free, Pro) and its associated limits.
Improve the accuracy of the language model in understanding your requests.
Nuubo does not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
We only share information with essential providers (such as Whop for payments or technical infrastructure services) that comply with strict data protection standards.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website www.nuubo.app is built with Framer and uses only essential technical cookies for proper functionality. We do not use invasive tracking tools, advertising pixels, or detailed behavioral analytics.
5. Security
We implement technical security measures to protect your information. However, since we operate on third-party platforms like WhatsApp, transmission security also depends on the encryption protocols of Meta Platforms, Inc. If any vulnerability affecting your data is detected, you will be notified immediately.
6. User Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, or objection at any time. If you want us to delete all your data from our database, send an email to josue@nuubo.app. We will process your request within a maximum of 5 business days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active. If you decide to cancel the service, your associated personal data (phone number and time zone settings) will be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days, retaining only the minimum information required by Whop for accounting or legal purposes.
